Kingsteignton Town Council were given a tree by our Queen. So special members of the community, including 4 of our School Council, were asked to go along to Oakford Lawn to help plant it. We all had to shovel some soil into a big whole.

After we all had a turn, we met some Town Councillors who do a job like we do, but for the town rather just in our school. We also had a drink and some cake!
